Product colours, packaging and specifications may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.

Your order is accepted once we issue an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order before dispatch where pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, payment issues, or technical errors occur.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Australia ONLY.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may be affected by Australia Post or courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered to the delivery address provided with your order.
8. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns may only be accepted where expressly stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Promotions, Discounts & Giveaways
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, giveaways, loyalty rewards, referral programs, or complimentary gifts.
Unless otherwise stated:

- Discount codes are not redeemable for cash.

Gift cards are subject to Australian Consumer Law and any additional terms provided at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, gift cards are valid for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of issue.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
